Information you choose to share
The form collects your name, phone number or email address, suburb, project type and a description of the work. Timing, budget and questions about project coordination are optional. Please leave out sensitive personal information and private details about other people.
What happens to an enquiry
Enquiries are stored by Formed Web Studios’ shared form service on Supabase. The service queues a notification to Gist Nail It and, when you provide an email address, an acknowledgement to you. Resend delivers these messages. Gavin uses the information to understand your project and respond. The confirmation on this website means your enquiry was saved; it does not confirm email delivery, a booking or a quotation.
If you contact Gavin by phone, email or WhatsApp, your message is handled through that service. WhatsApp and Facebook links take you to those providers, where their own privacy terms apply.
Storage and access
Enquiry and delivery records remain in Formed Web Studios’ shared service. Delivered messages also remain in the business and visitor inboxes and the email services’ systems according to their storage settings. There is no customer account system on this website. No automatic deletion period is promised here.
Spam prevention
Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information for that check, and the shared service verifies the token before accepting a new enquiry. We do not use enquiry details to subscribe you to a mailing list.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set marketing cookies or run analytics. It does not embed a Facebook feed or send enquiry text to an analytics service. The server running the site may record technical requests and errors needed to operate it.
Questions, corrections or deletion
For questions about information you have shared with Gist Nail It, or to ask for a correction or deletion, email gistnailit@gmail.com. For a local test record, ask the person who provided the preview to remove it from the development computer.
